Safeguarding sits behind how the platform is built, not just in a policy. Here is what we do, in plain terms, and how to raise a concern.
Communication stays on the platform
Messages and shared files stay inside Arcstone so they form a record a safeguarding lead can review. Tutors do not move contact off-platform.
A named Safeguarding Lead
Our Designated Safeguarding Lead is Tariq El-Jumaily. Concerns are reviewed and, where needed, referred to the right external service.
Tutor onboarding checks
Before a tutor teaches, they complete onboarding: confirming their identity and references, a DBS check, and agreeing our safeguarding and conduct policies.
Children join without their own account
Parents and guardians hold the account. A child joins a lesson through a one-time link, not by creating an adult-style account.
One-step reporting
You can report a concern from within the platform or by email, and we tell you what happens next.
Your data, on request
You can export or delete your account data from your settings. What we hold and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.
