1
Warning
For a first or minor breach, we tell you what went wrong and ask you to put it right.
2
Temporary suspension
For a repeated breach, or a more serious one, we suspend the account while we look into it.
3
Permanent removal
For a serious breach, or continued breaches after a suspension, we close the account for good.
Serious breaches skip the warnings.
Some breaches are too serious for a warning. Attempting to take a child off-platform, any sexual or abusive conduct, threats, or illegal content lead to immediate suspension or removal and are handled under our Safeguarding Policy — reported to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (admin@arcstonetutors.co.uk) and, where the law requires, to the police or local authority.
These rules also reflect our responsibilities under the Online Safety Act 2023 to keep the service safe, particularly for children. To report a safety concern, contact the Designated Safeguarding Lead at admin@arcstonetutors.co.uk. For anything else, email admin@arcstonetutors.co.uk.
